Luxury Transportation Services - Frequently Asked Questions

 

  • Business Class: Premium Sedans (e,g, Mercedes E-Class, Cadillac XTS or Similar)
  • Business SUV: Luxury SUVs (e.g., Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Suburban, or Similar) 
  • Business Van:(Mercedes Sprinter, Mercedes V-Class, or Similar


  • Provide your flight or train number at booking, and we'll handle the rest. We track your status in real time and automatically synchronize your pickup time with your actual arrival time.  


  

  • Deadline: Changes must be made at least 60 minutes before pickup.
  • Modifiable Details: * Service class, date, and time.
  • Pickup/drop-off locations and flight number.
  • Chauffeur notes and pickup sign.
  • Hourly Bookings: Includes 40km per hour. (e.g., 2 hours = 80km).
  • Additional Fees: Extra charges apply for spontaneous route changes, additional stops, or exceeding hourly distance limits.


 

  • Enjoy free cancellation up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup. To cancel, log in to your account via our website or app. 


  • If you’ve left an item behind, please contact us immediately via Live Chat or email texanshuttle@gmail.com
  • Please provide:
  • Booking reference number
  • A detailed description of the item
  • Note: Chauffeurs may also reach out directly to arrange a return if the item is found promptly.


  • Credit Cards: 24–48 hours after the ride (a hold is placed at booking).
  • Debit Cards: At the time of booking.
  • Refunds: Fully processed if canceled within the free cancellation window.


 

  • Flexible Booking & Adjustments
  • Advance Booking: From months ahead down to 24 hours before pickup.
  • Last-minute Changes: Modify or cancel your ride free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.


  • Complimentary Waiting: All airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time.
  • Our Suggestion: For international arrivals, we recommend scheduling a 60-minute buffer (Pickup time set 1 hour after landing) to account for queues.
  • Flexibility: While we ask chauffeurs to be as flexible as possible, additional waiting time beyond the first hour may incur extra charges.


  • Yes, you can easily book rides for guests using your private or business account.
  • Your Control: As the booker, you retain full authority to edit or cancel the ride.
  • Stay Informed: You will receive all status updates and the final invoice while we ensure your guest is taken care of.
