1. Pick Up Locations

Hobby Airport-You will meet your driver at curb zone 4
Bush Airport Terminal A- Door A-114 or A-115
Bush Airport Terminal B- Door B-103
Bush Airport Terminal C- Door C-105
Bush Airport Terminal E- Upstairs Beteween Double-Doors at the Stop Sign

2. Shuttle Times

8:05am Passengers should not book a flight out of Hobby erlier than 11:00am, and IAH than 12:00pm
9:05am Passengers should not book a flight out of Hobby earlier than 12:00pm, and IAH than 1:00pm
10:05am Passengers should not book a flight out of Hobby earlier than 1:00pm, and IAH than 2:00pm
11:05am Passengers should not book a flight out of Hobby earlier than 2:00pm, and IAH than 3:00pm

3. Port of Galveston Cruise Day Info

At Terminal 1, you will meet your driver beteween G and H in the commercial parking zone
At Terminal 2, you will meet your driver all the way to the right in the commercial parking zone

4. Baggage

Baggage Allowances: 2 Suitcases that should be exceed 30" in Length or Height or Width) for each, and 1 carry on. Excess baggage fee will be $20 per bag, for each way.

5. Expect on a Shuttle

It is a shared ride. You may wait for the scheduled arrival
You may stop to pick up or drop off other passengers
You may wait for wait for other passengers to get on or off the shuttle
There may be traffic or other delays
The shuttle drops passengers off at Hobby airport on the way to IAH and picks up at Hobby on the way back to the Island
You may ride in a van, mini bus or motor coach
We reserve the rights to cancel any shuttle that not meet the minimum capacity requirements. We will fully refund with at least 24 hours notice

6. Missed Shuttle

Our shuttle is designed to operated on a schedule. If you miss your shuttle, you would take the next available shuttle

7. Change Fees

No change fees. But the price might be changed if you change the airport or destination

8. Animals

Animals are allowed. But that should fit in a crate according to our baggage allowance.
You have to purchase a seat for them

9. Car Seats

We do not provide car seats

10. Motorized Scooters

Our shuttles do not accommodate motorized scooters
